Fee Schedule
Fee Schedule as of November 2024 for privately paying and NDIS self and plan-managed individuals. At this stage, Play Therapy services are unable to be rebated through Medicare or private health insurance.
Parent/Carer Intake Meeting
$180 per hour (typically 1-1.5 hours)
Weekly Play Therapy Session
$180 per session (45 min session + 15 min notes/prep)
Progress & Parent Support Meeting (every 5 - 6 weeks)
$150 (30 min session + 15 min notes/prep)
Additional time: $30 per 15-minute increment
Outreach Observations or Meetings
$180 per hour (charged in 15-minute increments)
Written Reports
$180 p/h (2-3 hours)
Phone Consultations:
Up to 15 minutes → Free
15-30 minutes → $75
30-60 minutes → $150
As Filial Therapy sessions range in duration, please reach out for a specific fee schedule. Please note that travel costs may apply for outreach observations or in-person professional attendance.
Growing Us requires notice of cancellation by 4pm the day prior to your Appointment, via email or phone, to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation after this time will result in a 50% charge of the service, as per our Cancellation Policy.
As of January 2025, Ginny offers professional development workshops upon request. Please get in touch for a quote.

NDIS Funded Play Therapy Sessions
Growing Us partners with children and families to support their individual NDIS goals, working closely with other professionals involved in your child's care to achieve the best possible outcomes. Services at Growing Us can be accessed under the following NDIS supports:
Early Intervention Supports (younger than 7)
Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living
